TASK 1 - COLLAGE
On our first day of task is to produce a collage using old magazines. Learning composition, golden ratio and the rule of third when it comes to the client/people seeing your posters.

I've done a lot of collage in my previous art school and I get the idea of what style of collage. I realize when I start assembling, noticing my style is based on black and white and simplistic with its composition.

TASK 2 - DIGITAL COLLAGE
Task 2 is learning to how to create a digital collage using Adobe Photoshop. Using mask tool to cutout shape and blending layers to merge one another.

Digital Collaging is a lot simpler because no paper was being wasted and I can see what I will be changing before finalizing it. I used a lot of blending and masking which could make the collage more interesting.

TASK 2 - DIGITAL COLLAGE

Cutting out an object and place it in certain spots in location is pretty straight forward. Having to re-edit the color to make it fit with the atmosphere. I get to manipulate the lighting easily  using photoshop.

TASK 4 - RECOLORING BLACK N WHITE
Learn about re-coloring a gray image by using brush too and blending, layering etc.

This exercise helps me to understand how to re-color a gray image and enhancing my masking tool skills in how to mask it detailed. Since it was my first time, it is quite confusing how masking with layers works.
